As a consultant, my goal is to facilitate your selection of the mortgage financing that best fits your needs. Since we are a small mortgage planning boutique, we work with folks that are committed to improving their financial future through homeownership. We assist them by defining their objectives, then creating and implementing plans to meet their goals.
My custom tailored mortgage plans arise from a structured interview process where we discuss your circumstances, needs, goals, hopes and dreams. Once we get very clear on what you are trying to accomplish with your real estate and financing, then we can work on solutions.

Once your loan is funded, our relationship truly begins. We follow up quarterly with a RateWatch report comparing your financing to what is currently available in the market. We are constantly monitoring the market so you don’t have to. Once a year, on your loan anniversary, we schedule an annual mortgage review where we have a short talk about your circumstances to see if anything has happened that might create a need for a change in your financing.
In between, we’ll be in contact with regular updates on the mortgage and real estate markets so you know exactly where you stand. Our goal is to become a valued member of your team of financial advisors, just like your CPA or financial planner. We are here to serve and advise whenever you feel a need for help or guidance.
